OpenHouse™

Custom made retractable roof cover system for exteriors and large open spaces protects against rain and UV light, and is designed to cover decks, patios, pavilions and terraces for residential and commercial settings. Optional zip screens and clear vinyl windows are available.

Webbing strap fasteners and bench mount equipment

Ratchet buckles and hooks used together with webbing are designed for light, medium and heavy-duty applications including cargo control products, tent and awning tie downs, DIY, repairs, manufacturers and distributors.

Premo Bond

Bonded plied polyester is designed for use in outdoor products, including awnings, tents, pool covers, marine applications, tarps, slings and geotextiles. It sews easily and is UV-treated and stocked in a variety of sizes.

Premofast

Bonded mono-cord polyester comes in a variety of solution-dyed colors that will not bleed or fade. Polyester is UV-treated for durability and sews well in single or double needle sewing setups.

Forsstrom MG-Flex

Compact, movable RF welding machine is designed for welding heavy PVC and PU products. Mounted on wheels with a 12-inch touch screen, the machine can be rolled to production areas to complete volume RF welding processes.

Forsstrom TDW-Mega

Welding machine is designed to aid in the manufacture of PVC and PU products with long, straight welds such as tents, structures, oil booms and truck covers. Modular construction allows for customized extension and modification.

Fiberglass fabrics

Custom manufactured fiberglass fabrics and coated fiberglass products come in single-strand, twisted, texturized and Kevlar® yarn options. Weave patterns include plain, twill, satin and mock leno.

Watson test system

Testing system measures the cooling power of garments. Measuring head is set to skin temperature, and the electrical power to maintain this set temperature is recorded. Allows for exposure to various ambient climates and edge conditions to quantify thermal properties of thermally active garments.

NovaShield™ structure fabric

Lightweight structural fabric offers UV protection and abrasion resistance in a low weight to high strength ratio. Six to 12-ounce weights are available for custom installation needs in the agricultural, manufacturing, aviation and temporary storage industries.
