OTTO invests in Sympatex

The office of the Hamburg OTTO family has brokered the new investors of Sympatex Technologies. After having successfully restructured the Smart Solutions Holding (parent company of Sympatex Technologies GmbH) and having evaluated the available purchase offers, Sympatex, the Munich manufacturer of functional textiles, will be owned by members of the OTTO family and advised by KG CURA Vermögensverwaltung. Sympatex will continue to operate as an independent company with its headquarters located in Unterföhring near Munich.
