Mary Hennessy: IFAI’s newest Honored Life Member

On Wednesday, Oct. 17, at IFAI’s annual meeting at IFAI Expo in Dallas, Texas, association leaders announced that Mary Hennessy had been given Honored Life Member status for her many years of service to IFAI and, most notably, for her leadership as president and CEO of the association for the six years before her retirement in 2018. She was presented with this honor during the IFAI Leadership Summit in Roseville in August.

Honored Life Membership is bestowed on candidates by special request only, and only at the discretion of the IFAI Board of Directors, based on the following criteria:

• Meritorious or outstanding work accomplished for the association; and /or
• Exceptional accomplishments or extraordinary achievements while serving as an officer of the association.
