The Goodwin-Cole Company, based in Sacramento, Calif., has hired Scott Pierce as sales manager. Pierce will oversee salespeople and the sales support team at the company. Prior to joining Goodwin-Cole, he was vice president of sales for TerraFirma Foundation Systems in Portland.
