PVC textile, engineered for both commercial and residential awnings, accepts most types of pressure-sensitive graphics, and is suitable for sewing, welding and digital printing. Dimensionally stable, flame-retardant fabric features a Rain Kleen® II top coat for prolonged life and enhanced cleanability.

When end products need to be made stronger, 1929CF substrate promotes neoprene and latex adhesion. The composite material is ultra durable.
Durable Coolshade is recommended for awnings, shade structures, pool covers, athletic divider curtains, marine applications, boat tops, tents and tension structures. Easy to clean, weldable, mildew-resistant and UV-resistant, it accepts graphics and solvent-based inks. There is a 1,200-yard minimum for custom colors.
Compass HB floor covering is woven from PVC and BCF polypropylene yarns, offering long-term durability to the marine industry. Manufactured with solution-dyed and UV-stabilized yarns, Compass HB is protected from fading, degradation, mold and mildew. Designed with a Hydrafelt backing that does
not abrade when used in mats on fiberglass. Compass HB is 102 inches wide and available from stock.
Clear marine vinyl Flexa® is designed for window applications, boat enclosures and porch enclosures, but can also be used to enclose greenhouses and chicken coops. Economical, UV-treated material is also double-polished to give a perfectly clear view, in both clear and tinted styles in 20, 30 and 40-gauge thicknesses. For a variety of applications in military, commercial and medical markets, including apparel, digital printing of fabric can create photo-realistic images, camouflage and one-of-a-kind prints—with small minimums and a short turnaround time, in a variety of colors. Manufacturer is able to print on its own synthetic fabrics or any synthetic provided by the customer. A digital printing run can be for as little as 10 yards of fabric; excellent for smaller orders or testing purposes.
For applications that require excellent shape retention, stretch and durability with a low weight/bulk, such as apparel and tactical gear, SAM1 fabric is mostly nylon but has spandex included for stretch. Berry-compliant fabric is used primarily in military and commercial markets, kept in stock at an economical price for ready availability.

Waterproof and UV-protective 745 FR wide-width fabric saves money in production by reducing the number of seams, giving the customer a high tensile strength, durable, coated PVC cover for

The special weaving process for 60 Solids produces a material with high water repellency: equating to less sag, stretching and ponding for clients. Solution-dyed acrylics, for awnings, marine, tents and signage, offer longevity and cleanability, and are weldable with Sattler-approved tape. Superior repellency combines with breathability and proven color performance.
Lumera and Lumera 3D’s solutiondyed acrylic fibers are woven along with an enhanced SDA fiber known as Clean Brilliant Acrylic (CBA). The resulting mix is a blend of colors and weaves for the commercial and residential awning markets.
The 2019 Sling Collection—Batyline® Duo and Batyline® Iso—features high-performing sling fabrics that deliver excellent performance, durability and sophistication for outdoor furniture and cushioning and outdoor accessories. Batyline ISO, an industry standard, uses coated high-tenacity polyester yarns, threaded one in warp and one in weft for a square-weave construction. For 2019, a two-color weave has been added. Batyline Duo offers more complexity and artistry, with yarns woven one thread in warp and two in weft for three-dimensional depth. Both fabrics are phthalate-free and recyclable through Serge Ferrari’s Texyloop process.
Stamskin Top is designed for applications including contract furniture, yachts and boats, as well as high-occupancy environments like hotels, restaurants, malls and airports. Fabric features an imitation leather with a luxury feel that is resistant to abrasion and easy to clean, as well as offering excellent dimensional stability in warp and weft. It’s phthalate-free, mold-resistant and has high fire-resistance ratings. It’s also recyclable at the end of its service life.
