Lion Equity acquires Riegel Linen

Lion Equity Partners, a Denver, Colo.-based private equity firm specializing in acquiring corporate carve-outs, has acquired Riegel Linen LLC from Mount Vernon Mills Inc. Riegel Linen is a leading importer, manufacturer and supplier of tablecloths, sheets, bedding and other linens for hotels, linen suppliers, retailers and health care customers. Riegel is headquartered in Aiken, S.C., and operates a manufacturing facility in McCormick, S.C., and a network of salespeople and warehouses strategically located across the U.S.
