Second IFAI Virtual Market Showcase to focus on medical textiles

The second IFAI Virtual Market Showcase, set for Tuesday, Aug. 10., from 1 to 4 p.m., will feature medical textiles, showcasing the latest materials and manufacturing solutions for medical products. The event will offer attendees the opportunity to connect with the industry on the latest trends and challenges.

With in-person education being cancelled or delayed due to the pandemic, IFAI’s Virtual Market Showcase series is keeping IFAI members and others in the industry informed about the latest developments. Medical textiles is a growing market full of innovation in products and materials as well as demands on improving manufacturing processes. The challenges to the production of personal protective equipment (PPE) triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic is one example, but the market is much wider than PPE.
