High-performance mycelium textiles

MycoWorks’ three new high-performance Reishi^™ products made from Fine Mycelium^™, Reishi Doux, Reishi Natural and Reishi Pebble, exceed performance levels required by the luxury industry and behave similarly to that of some animal leathers. Featuring durability, softness and high tensile strength, these biotextiles achieve their performance attributes through a combination of enhanced growth conditions plus a patent-pending tanning approach. They provide strength and durability without the use of polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films, fillers or backings.
