HEYtex USA announced that effective immediately, Mitch Sanner will succeed Mike Melton as the company’s CEO as Melton begins to shift to retirement. Melton will stay on for the next year and report to Sanner.
Additionally, Randy Kesterson will begin working at HEYtex USA as interim COO.
Sanner has more than 30 years of experience leading middle market manufacturing and construction companies. He started his career at a German textile company and most recently, was the CEO of a building products manufacturer. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California and an MBA from Duke University. He is married and has two daughters.
