Intex Consulting, a provider of ERP and MES solutions for textile manufacturers worldwide, announced that the company has been acquired by Mirador Software Group.

For more than three decades, Intex has supported weaving, spinning, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and carpet manufacturers with specialized software solutions. The company serves more than 30,000 users across Europe, Asia and other major textile regions.

“Intex has always focused on delivering purpose-built solutions that address the unique operational needs of textile manufacturers,” says Bastian Schneider, founder and CEO of Intex, who will continue with the company in an advisory capacity.

“The next chapter for Intex will begin from a position of strength and with the right partner,” he continues. “Mirador’s philosophy of long-term ownership and empowering the existing team aligns closely with our values. This partnership ensures stability for our customers and opens future opportunities to expand the value we bring to the industry.”

“While each product line will continue to be developed independently, we see meaningful opportunities over time to explore connections across the entire textile lifecycle,” says Corbin Tognoni, CEO of Mirador. “Intex and Reflex represent two sides of the same value chain—manufacturing and distribution—and together they create strategic advantages for customers seeking visibility, planning efficiency, and better coordination across upstream and downstream operations.”
