Versatile rotary die cutting

The RSM750, the newest addition to Schober’s line of rotary die cutting technology, offers a working width of 29.5 inches to support web widths from 10–36 inches and maximum roll diameters of 39.4 inches. Recommended for rotary die cutting and embossing, it includes an integrated packaging line for the production of cotton pads and other nonwoven shapes including oblong, round and square. Innovative system unwinds label rolls, die cuts labels, counts, stacks and delivers labels, re-winds waste matrix tension controlled, and is suitable for labels of any size and complexity.
