Brands and retailers want more sustainable and environmental products. Manufacturers of sustainable materials want a greater share of the market. Elementum, a partnership alliance for sustainable brands, works to bring the players together and remove obstacles to use of renewable materials in the supply chain. Fisher Textiles Inc., Indian Trail, N.C., recently joined the partnership alliance, and Elementum will market the company’s Enviro-Tex fabric line. Enviro-Tex® fabrics are made with recycled Repreve® yarn and contain between 44 and 94 percent recycled content; Enviro-Tex Plus fabrics are made with 100 percent Repreve and post-consumer waste. All fabrics are an eco-friendly alternative for dye sublimation, UV and latex printing.
