Expanded SunTex 95 line

Just in time for summer heat, Phifer Inc. has added two new hues to the SunTex® 95 exterior sun control product line. “Chestnut” and “Sand” will complement the current selection of six neutral color options in the fabric line, which is designed specifically for exterior roller shade applications. SunTex 95 is thinner and lighter weight than traditional SunTex fabrics, a full basketweave with a 5 percent openness factor that offers increased heat and glare control, stopping approximately 95 percent of the sun’s rays for a cooler, more comfortable outdoor environment, and reducing the sun’s penetration to interior rooms, to lower cooling demand and decrease energy consumption. Fabrics are infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection.
