U.S. college juniors are invited to apply for research grants through the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) Foundation/Institute of Textile Technology (ITT) Undergraduate Research Program. ITT will fund up to five awards each year for research in textile engineering or chemistry, and polymer or materials science. All required application materials must be delivered by January 16, 2009, to qualify for these U.S. $2,000 grants. Half of the award is given in the spring semester of the junior year, and half will be given when the final research report is submitted in the fall semester of the senior year.
