Hanesbrands Inc. launches Mount Everest expedition

Hanesbrands Inc., Winston Salem, N.C., and its Duofold and Champion apparel brands introduce “Expedition Hanesbrands: Climb With Us,” a Mount Everest expedition that will take place in the spring of 2010. The climb, which will feature international mountaineer Jamie Clarke, will take place to promote the company’s research and development in the textile industry and to increase brand awareness.
