Facilities in Austria, England and Indonesia will benefit from the Lenzing Group’s expansion plans for its worldwide cellulosic fiber business. Lenzing will add a pulp production plant with eco-friendly ozone bleaching at its home base in Lenzing, Austria; expand Tencel® production from 10,000 to 60,000 tons per year at its Heiligenkreuz, Austria, plant; renovate the Grimsby, England, site to facilitate production of a special Tencel fiber; and increase production from 60,000 to 220,000 tons per year at its Indonesian subsidiary, PT South Pacific Viscose.
