A new 192,000-square-foot facility in Fostoria, Ohio, will give Inland Tarp & Liner LLC (ITL) the capacity to service customers in the Eastern U.S. within one day transit time. ITL manufactures tarps, pond liners, building covers and related polyethylene-based products. The move will help the company, headquartered in Moses Lake, Wash., to expand production after March 2011. ITL recruited Ron MacKenzie (formerly of Bend Tarp and Liner) as Eastern operations manager and will locate experienced ITL veteran Brad Clouter in the Fostoria plant. The expansion will bring 30 new jobs to the Fostoria area.
