Stationary RF welder

FORSSTROM’s new XP stationary RF welder is a free-arm machine that can weld with tool sizes down to 1 cm². It has no welding table and works with two electrode arms that hold the material in place. The ForFlexx makes it possible to join flexible, coated PVC and PU fabrics with metal attachments using RF welding. Well suited for manufacturing products with many complicated steps and welding small details, the new, patented method saves time producing truck and boat covers, tarpaulins, tents, structures, pool liners, sunshades, billboards, inflatable products, liquid tanks, film screens, waterbeds, valve membranes and oil containment boom.
