Exhibit represents powerful merger

[Pink Powered by Moss] New York, N.Y., U.S.A.

The PowerStation was designed and built for two events to show the “power” of the newly merged Pink Inc. and Moss Inc. One large focal point encompasses the space, suggesting that the parent company is the source of newly infused power. The large structure is decorated with lightning bolts and circled by stylized atomic rings made of an aluminum tube frame, pillow-cased in cobalt-blue stretch fabric. These visual symbols underscored the concept. The giant shape is built as one long ribbon, swooping down and ending as a table and bar where guests were served the company’s custom-branded power drink. Two entrances on opposite sides of the booth provided smooth traffic flow. Targeted to impress the company’s core clientele, the event producers and meeting planners, the design showed the strengthened capabilities of the company and new products, integrating fabric structures with the latest computer-based technology.
