Nominations opened in October for the IDEA13 Achievement Awards, organized by INDA, the Association of the Nonwovens Fabric Industry, and Nonwovens Industry magazine. Every three years, INDA presents awards in five categories at the IDEA International Engineering Fabrics Exposition and Conference (this year on April 23-25, 2013, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida). Award winners will include the best new product introductions since 2010 for equipment, roll goods, raw materials, short-life converted products and long-life converted products. Nominations will be accepted until Dec. 31, 2012, after which a selection committee will determine three finalists in each category. Industry members will vote online for the winners.
