High-speed stacking

Schober USA has introduced its Single Spider automated robotic stacking system for rotary die-cutting machines. Specifically designed for precise stacking and counting of products up to 28.5 inches in length, the new delivery technology can be used inline with the RSM Offline Die Cutter for labels and other discrete cut products. It can also be used for nested product configurations and different profile jobs that have been ganged together into one print repeat. Speeds of up to 50 cycles per minute are possible.
