The FIDLOCK® concept combines the advantages of a magnetic fastener with those of a mechanical locking device. The successful SNAP helmet buckle, launched in 2009, is now used by more than 43 premium manufacturers and brands of helmets for biking, snowboarding, skiing and skating. Regularly introducing new products, the company has also recently introduced the “Hook” family: a high-performance lock for the sports industry developed specifically for applications requiring enormous tensile forces, such as for motorcycle helmets.
