Reebok and W. L. Gore announce tactical footwear line

KRIOS keeps feet cool in hot environments and dry in wet conditions.

W. L. Gore & Associates Inc. has teamed up with Warson Brands, exclusive licensee for Reebook military and tactical boots, to develop a new line of waterproof military and tactical footwear for hot weather.

Using GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort Technology, the Reebok KRIOS series is the only tactical boot that keeps feet cool and comfortable in hot environments and dry in wet conditions. Fused protective layers reduce bulk, minimize absorption and dry quickly, preventing added weight in wet conditions. Its construction helps it absorb 90 percent less water than non-waterproof boots, and the MeraMAX® outsole provides four times the abrasion resistance of rubber. It will be available in stores this spring.
