The discussion will focus on proactive steps companies can take to mitigate the risk of supply chain vulnerability, enhancing their suppliers, vendors and partners in the process. Businesses can protect against disruptions and the impact on the bottom line by adding supply chain redundancy, performing collaborative test exercises, and working with their partners to develop a disaster preparedness strategy.
