Small business mentoring organization SCORE has released an infographic displaying new statistics that report on how small businesses are finding new employees and keeping them happy.
According to the data, 42 percent of small business owners cite hiring new employees as a top small business challenge, along with growing revenues (45 percent) and increasing profits (37 percent). Platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter have become key recruiting tools, and surveys show that 94 percent of recruiters use or plan to use social media for recruiting, and 73 percent of millennials found their last job through social media.
The infographic also shows how employers keep their employees happy, from job security to retirement age to medical benefits.
