Miller Weldmaster opens customer support center, announces new hires

Miller Weldmaster of Navarre, Ohio, has opened a new Resolution Center, giving customers access to technical service and support for their Miller Weldmaster machines after point of sale. Customers who call the company will speak with someone from the Resolution Center for responsive, personalized customer service. Technical representatives are available for customer needs in many areas, including the selection of machine parts and troubleshooting or resolving machine issues.

In addition, Miller Weldmaster has hired Dave Immel as company senior vice president of sales and service. Immel previously served in multiple sales and service management positions in a 29-year career at Diebold Inc., for which he holds 13 of the highest company sales achievement awards for helping drive sales and management goals.

James Nute was named sales manager for Miller’s alternative distribution department. Nute previously worked for Sinclair Equipment Co., which Miller purchased last year, and will be responsible for sales and service in the company’s eastern U.S. sales territory as well as implementing sales and marketing of the Sinclair Equipment product line into the company.
