AIP acquires Gerber Technology

American Industrial Partners, (AIP), New York, N.Y., has acquired all outstanding shares of Gerber Technology, a Tolland, Conn.-based leader in integrated software, automation and vision systems for the apparel, graphics, packaging and other industrial markets.
