A. Hoffman Awning donates to The Children’s Home

A. Hoffman Awning Co., a Baltimore, Md., awning manufacturer, volunteered to design, manufacture and install a patio awning for The Children’s Home, a residential care facility for youth. The work was part of the Built Upon A Dream project, an effort sponsored by WMAR TV in Baltimore. Modeled in the spirit of the ABC Network’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” the project brought together builders, contractors, architects, suppliers and others in association with the construction field to help a non-profit in need.
