A9500 Air Jet Weaving Machine

Machine offers dependable, high-speed performance, mass production, consistent fabric quality and versatility. Unique shed geometry positions the first frame closer to the reed for a shorter stroke, providing higher speeds and longer life cycles for heddles and harness frames. Longer weft insertion puts less tension on weft yarns, reducing stops and increasing efficiency.

P7300HP Projectile Weaving Machine

This high-performance, all-purpose projectile weaving machine offers mature projectile weft insertion technology suitable for any weft material—from spun yarns made of natural and manmade fibers to filaments and tapes. Weft yarn is positively controlled during the insertion circle. Features include zero weft yarn waste, sturdy construction, low energy consumption, customized upgrade kits and optimized usage of weaving room floor space. Available from 220 cm to 655 cm.

R9500 Rapier Weaving Machine

The R9500 is simple to operate and maintain and features top weaving performance, a compact and solid structure with low vibration, a TurboProp system with fewer moving parts, optimized open-shed geometry with less yarn friction and less stops, versatility in weft cutter device, reliable electronic NCP platform, low maintenance costs (longer oil interchange, less oil consumption and fewer parts subject to wear), and user-friendly touch-screen with graphics.

Intercut FA 601 Mark IV Pull Cut System

Complete system for pulling to length, slitting and stacking all types of materials in the apparel, industrial fabrics, home furnishing, tarp, tent, canvas, and bedding industries. The machine eliminates end waste, and is fully automatic; after loading the machine the operator can setup for the next job, saving fabric costs and labor, and yielding higher output than spreading conventionally.

Intercut RIS 800 Series cloth measuring and inspection machines

The RIS 800 Series allows users to pre-inspect and measure fabric from the mill. Designed for all jobs where roll or flat fabrics are inspected and measured, the machine is available with powered roller drives, cut-off knives, adjustable inspection platform, adjustable speed and edge control.

JTE Automated Mattress System

The industry’s first roll-to-finished goods production system for PVC mattress covers. The comprehensive system accommodates large rolls of material, automatically indexed through a JTE RF Welder, slit to size, and taken to be corner-welded and stuffed. Advanced controls, variable size tooling and JTE’s high-efficiency design allow for easy roll changes, quick adjustment for different sizes and thickness of products. Intended for any mattress covered with PVC-coated material.

3200 Series Keder

The vinyl flap of 3200 Series Keder is white on both sides and paired with a hefty 32-ounce Panama fabric encasing the keder rope. Together, these two fabrics create a total “block out” solution. The 3200 Series, combined with the Keder Solutions’ Ultra 2500 Vinyl, is recommended for tent and structure applications, awnings, signs and banners. Available profiles include single, double, welded and repair flap.

Ultra 2500 Vinyl

High-quality fabric is competitively priced for tenting, structures, awnings, print, banners, marine and canvas applications, and custom manufacturing. Available in 25-ounce PVC-coated vinyl and acrylic lacquer. Offered in 98.5- and 61-inch widths, and white or blockout colors. Treated to be UV resistant, anti-mildew and fire retardant.

Vineyard

Vineyard, a Keyston Bros. exclusive design, is 100 percent Sunbrella® acrylic for awnings and shades in marine and outdoor settings. Available in a 54-inch width, it is offered in five colors and has a five-year warranty.

Cool Shade

Cool Shade offers UV resistance, high tensile and tear strength, excellent dimensional stability, and mildew and abrasion resistance. The heavy-duty laminated fabric has a wick-resistant scrim, is fast to clean and accepts many types of graphics and solvent-based inks. Cool Shade has a five-year limited warranty, is U.S. made with a 10-year plus industry track record and available in custom colors in a 1,200-yard minimum. The fabric is flame resistant to CA State Fire Marshall Title 19, NFPA-701 99, ASTM E84-81A.

Tarpaulin

Tarpaulin is used in general cover and protection, construction, farming, industry and leisure. Features include: waterproof, windproof, low price, recyclable, easy to handle, lightweight, strength, easy to glue, and easy to attach with heat.

Adhesives

Made for automotive, office furniture, and product development markets, Lenderink adhesives are state of the art, multi purpose and easy to use, and offer a soft hand with no bleed through. Fire retardant benefits are available. Products come in rolls and can be cut to size.

Fold or Mold

Three-dimensional parts and fabric molding offer ease of use and low cost, strength and fabric support. Markets include automotive, office furniture, displays and product development.

Laminators

Built for the automotive, office furniture, displays and product development markets, these machines laminate and/or 3-D mold fabrics, backers, sheet stock and rolls. Features include double belts, high pressure, 3-D platens, and vacuum forming. Lenderink will design and build exactly to customer needs. Special high-temperature equipment available to 800° F for exotic fibers.

Prototypes

Three-dimensional fabric, wood, metal prototypes can be custom built to customer specifications.

Electro-Yarn

Electro-Yarn is a non-metallic fabric conductor. Applications include power cable, signal cable, (surface) heater and sensors—all of which can be custom designed by changing the resistance of the fabric. Cross-market applications include medical, heavy industrial, automotive, electronics, aerospace and robotics.

Miller Weldmaster’s fastest, most precise welder for long, straight seams offers a large range of welding capabilities. Easy-operation touch screen allows digital control of all welding parameters, and a digitally controlled traversing head allows consistent application. Printed narrow fabrics

MMI Textiles Inc. offers printed webbing, binding tape, elastic, loops and zippers for the military and tactical industry. These products, used in applications like vests, bags, and pouches, are available in MultiCam® and OCP, and created with advanced technology to give the fabric a more concealed edge. Featuring improved washability and durability, the products are made from solution-dyed base materials with Invista Cordura® yarn. Custom stocking programs are available.

This unit attaches tape to the border of any net and is available in both single- and twin-needle setup. It’s heavy duty and bobbin-less, sewing thousands of feet without changing thread. 81500NTP netting machines

The NC netting machines attach rope to netting, join nets together and overlock netting. The 81500NTP is a heavy-duty unit, capable of handling thick ropes and knotted netting. Units are bobbin-less and can sew thousands of feet without changing thread. Customers can send netting and rope for setup. NC will custom set the machine to do exact work and send back samples for approval. All NC machines are supported by same-day supply and repair service.
