A next-generation adhesive supply unit

The Dynamelt™ S Series Adhesive Supply Unit features a 10-or-20-pound capacity hopper, intuitive controls and consumes 20 percent less energy than competitive units. New features include a Nano ceramic hopper coating that is five times more durable than other PTFE coatings, a repositionable display panel and a 7-Day Scheduler. A “standby” temperature may be programmed so that temperature zones can be maintained at a lower level when the hot melt adhesive supply unit is not in use, enabling rapid return to normal operation. Dynamelt S ASUs have been used in a broad range of market sectors including dry foods, beverages, corrugated, produce and personal care.
