Initiatives such as the national employee meeting and college recruitment program contributed to the recognition. The company improved its ranking from 13th best in 2016. With an employee count of over 600, Techmer PM is the largest company recognized by Plastics News in 2017. The ranking is based on a mix of employee and employer feedback.
