Kubacki, Baily and Letendre promoted at FLEXcon

FLEXcon Company Inc., Spencer, Mass., has expanding its leadership team with two new vice presidents and a new director. Tom Kubacki has been named vice president of Manufacturing. Kubacki has been with the company 28 years and most recently served as director of Coating Technology and Production Control. Nathan Bailey will lead the company’s strategic initiatives as vice president of General Counsel and corporate secretary. Additionally, Howard Letendre will assume the role of director of Manufacturing for FLEXcon Spencer. Previously, he was FLEXcon’s director of Finishing Technology.
