privately held company based in Kings Mountain, N.C. J.E. Herndon reprocesses textile fibers and by-products primarily connected to the cotton industry. The acquisition complements Leigh
Fibers’ service and product offerings while adding to their capacity and geographic presence. It follows the 2014 acquisition of ICE Recycling based in Lake City, S.C. ICE Recycling specializes in zero-to- landfill, turn-key recycling programs and waste consulting.
