Polyfab Australia acquired by Nolan Group

Polyfab Australia, an originator of heavy-duty knitted HDPE shadecloth for protection from the sun, has been acquired by the Nolan Group. Company founder Barry Jamieson will continue to
play an active role in management of Polyfab. The Nolan Group is one of Australia’s largest suppliers of commercial and industrial textiles, with six branches located throughout the country.
The company has established a solid network of trading partners from around the world, providing them with a comprehensive portfolio of products.
