SCORE, the Washington, D.C.-based mentoring organization that assists America’s small businesses, has released new survey data that shows entrepreneurs remain optimistic about business growth in 2018. However, small business owners also expressed a few areas of concern around policies that favor large businesses, difficulties in finding qualified workers and struggles to provide desirable salaries and health care benefits. The data is detailed in the latest installment of SCORE’s “Megaphone of Main Street” data report series, which presents original, statistically significant survey data on the American small business landscape.
