In February, EDANA, the global association serving the nonwovens and related industries, held a conference in Dubai for the nonwovens industry in the Middle East and North Africa. Some 200 delegates from more than 100 companies attended the fourth annual symposium. It featured analysis on market outlook, product innovation, demographic trends and sustainability initiatives, with dedicated sessions on geotextiles, raw material trends and nonwovens in the health sector.
