Graniteville Specialty Fabrics acquired by Crown Capital Investments LLC

Graniteville Specialty Fabrics (GSF), Graniteville, S.C., has been acquired by Crown Capital Investments LLC, a private investment firm based in Atlanta, Ga. GSF is a specialty textile manufacturer and distributor of highly engineered coated products used for military shelters, marine covers and tents. GSF’s headquarters and manufacturing operations will remain in South Carolina. The company operates on 17 acres and utilizes approximately 2,000 square feet for offices and the remainder for manufacturing and onsite research.
