Simmons joins Columbia board

The board of directors of Columbia Sportswear Co. elected Sabrina Simmons to serve as a director and member of the nominating and corporate governance and compensation committees effective immediately. The board intends to nominate Simmons for election by the company’s shareholders to a full term as a board member at the company’s 2019 annual meeting of shareholders. Simmons brings a wealth of global retail experience, leadership and financial expertise to the organization.
