Noso Patches, Jackson, Wyo., has been awarded a Kickstart: Wyoming grant by the Wyoming Business Council, the state’s Economic Development Agency. The grant will help the company, which makes colorful patches that fix rips and tears in outdoor gear, invest in machinery to expand operations and contribute to sustainable job creation in the state. Kickstart: Wyoming grants provide $5,000-$50,000 to Wyoming startups with high-growth potential and fewer than 50 employees. Applicants must commit to maintaining a connection to Wyoming and provide an economic return to the state through creation of jobs, expanded tax base and diversification of the state’s economy.
