A combination durable coated fabric and PU topskin, which is phthalate-free and contains no plasticizers, ESSENTIALS is used in marine products, health care settings, restaurant seating and outdoor upholstery. With UV-stabilized pigments for outdoor durability, excellent abrasion resistance and a cold crack of –20 (F), it also meets flammability requirements. The solid-color line complements the previously released Enduratex line, Overshadow, which is patterned. Fortified with the Produratect^™ topcoat, the fabric is backed with 100 percent polyester. 

As a shielding fabric for RF tents and pouches (suitable for cleanroom applications), or as a base material for EMI RF gaskets, garments and cable shielding, Shieldex Nora Dell-CR offers high surface conductivity, flexibility, EMI and RF shielding. The durable nylon-based ripstop fabric has nickel content to resist corrosion. Recommended for use in portable RF
tents and enclosures that can be taken down and reassembled as needed.

Lightweight, flexible, conductive Shieldex Nice can be used as RF Wallpaper, and as a base material for EMI RF gaskets, garments and cable shielding. Very useful in tight space applications, and its corrosion-resistance make it a durable solution in unforgiving situations.

Shieldex Nora-RS is recommended as a base material for EMI RF garments, gaskets, cable shielding and shielding for Input/Output (I/O) shielding on laminated flat shielding panels. A natural selection for EMI RF garments that will need frequent cleaning. The nickel component adds corrosion resistance to be useful in tough environments. Useful in areas where space is a concern to keep multiple sensitive electronic devices functioning at their best.

Shieldex Bremen-RS EMI RF Shielding Fabric has application in enclosure fabrication, medical clothing and wound dressing. It can also be used for EMI RF cable shielding and as a passive static eliminator for office equipment like copiers, printers and FAX machines. The fabric also provides excellent conductibility, added to the nylon-based ripstop material that adds durability. Thin, lightweight fabric can be used in tight spaces to shield wires and components. 

Manufactured using 100 percent recycled PET, SeaPlanet FR filament contains recycled plastic collected from the bottom of the sea. Free of PVC, formaldehyde, halogen and lead, the fabric is Cradle to Cradle^™ certified and contains no restricted substances. Compliant with the strictest fire regulations, it contributes to improving indoor air quality while providing a 5 percent openness factor for high-tech shade solutions, in both residential
and commercial markets. 

A new addition to the manufacturer’s environmentally friendly Textilene line, designed for interior roller shades. Earthtex^® is 100 percent recyclable, durable and offers a soft hand, initially being offered with 1 percent, 3 percent and 5 percent openness factors. 

Excellent conductivity combined with EMI and RF shielding capability make Shieldex Zell-RS a natural selection for fabricating EMI and RF shelters that require portability, as well as shielding wires in tight spaces. Helps to create gaskets that stop EMI RF leakage as the wires pass through openings, creating a clean area to get maximum performance from sensitive electronic components situated in close proximity to each other. 

Sta-Kleen Silicone is a new coated fabric made from 100-percent silicone with a 100-percent polyester double-knit backing, allowing better recovery and 4-way stretch for easier upholstering. Produced with a dry casting process that uses less energy, no solvents and very little water, it does not contain PVC, plasticizer, phthalates, stabilizers, heavy metals or Bisphenol A. It is inherently stain-resistant, and resistant to chemical disinfectants, mildew, hydrolysis, UV degradation and denim dyes, offering superior cold crack performance. Three patterns are currently available: Silex, a solid in 35 colors; Hayden, a distressed leather look in 16 colors; and Santa Fe, a savage print in 13 colors.
