Sihl Group completes purchase of Dietzgen Corporation

The Sihl Group has acquired Florida-based Dietzgen Corporation.

Dietzgen Corporation is a leading provider of converting and distribution services for digital print media  including papers, films and textiles to the US market. The privately held corporation has an extensive network of dealers selling their well-known media brands which include Dietzgen® – Reprographic, Magic® – Sign and Display, Museo® – Fine Art, and Validation® – Premium Proofing.

With more than 350 employees, the Sihl Group contributes to the success of customers in a wide range of industries in almost every country in the world. Sihl Group operates internationally with locations in Switzerland, Germany, and the US.

Sihl Inc., headquartered in Fiskeville, R.I., is Sihl´s converting and distribution center serving the North and South American markets with products for market segments such as signage and photo, labels and tags and ARTYSIO flexible packaging.
