Saint-Gobain, a French construction company with a focus on sustainability, has completed the sale of HKO in Germany and Deltec in France, the company’s technical textiles business that manufactures components for high-temperature insulation for automotive and industrial applications. HKO and Deltec were sold to a fund managed by DUBAG Group.

HKO has industrial plants located in Oberhausen, Beuren and Leinefelde, Germany, and Wattignies, France. The business generated sales of approximately €45 million (approximately $52 million) in 2025 and employs about 220 people.

This divestment is part of Saint-Gobain’s strategy to optimize its business profile, in line with the company’s “Lead & Grow” plan.
