Aurora Specialty Textiles Group Inc. has announced that the company processed 17 tons of polyester for recycling this year. The material was a combination of scrap and discarded graphics sent in from customers and scrap produced at Aurora facilities; the material was sent to a recycler which reprocesses it into pellets for different applications such as injection molding or synthetic fiber. The FabRecycle™ program allows customers to send qualified material to Aurora for recycling. Additional information regarding FabRecycle™ can be found here.
