H&V enhances manufacturing capacity

Hollingsworth & Vose, Floyd, Va., sees the demand for its advanced filtration material rising in North America and, with a grant from the state of Virginia, will expand to a second location in Floyd. The Floyd Flex Building will house the company’s Technostat® filter media production line and has capacity to grow when H&V launches the new Technostat Plus®. Both products are currently manufactured in Europe. The current Floyd facility is within two miles of the Floyd Flex Building, allowing the plants to share “a skilled and dedicated workforce,” according to Val Hollingsworth, president and CEO.
