Houndstooth is enhanced by the Enduratex proprietary topcoat, Forbid SRT, a graffiti-resistant topcoat that preserves upholstery integrity, luster and softness and combats ink, Sharpie^® marker, lipstick, red wine, coffee and indigo dye. This durable coated fabric is ideal for contract, hospitality, restaurant, office and residential applications. Houndstooth was developed in response to requests for phthalate-, plasticizer-, antimicrobial- and fire retardant-free options, while still maintaining high-performance attributes.
