Eco-friendly fabric for exterior roller shades

Phifer’s new SunTex® 95 is a shade fabric designed specifically for exterior roller shades. A vinyl-coated polyester fabric, it’s thinner and lighter weight in a full basket weave. With a 5 percent openness factor, SunTex 95 offers increased heat and glare control, stopping approximately 95 percent of the sun’s hot rays for a cooler, more comfortable outdoor environment, and reducing cooling demand inside. With Microban® antimicrobial product protection to inhibit the growth of stain-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, the fabrics are also GREENGUARD Children and Schools Certified and have GREENGUARD Select certification.
