Pat Hayes named chair of EDC

Pat Hayes is the new chair of the Elgin, Ill., Chamber of Commerce Challenge 21 Economic Development Council. Hayes is founder and chairman of Fabric Images, which specializes in high-resolution four-color process dye sublimation printed graphics on fabrics. The company now operates in Elgin; Orlando, Fla.; and Mexico City. He serves on the Fabric Graphics Association executive committee, and Fabric Graphics magazine’s technical advisory committee.
