Graphics system bonds produce long-lasting custom graphics

The Sunbrella® Graphics System (SGS) bonds Sunbrella fabrics and 3M films using a vacuum system and heat lamps to produce long-lasting custom graphics, fast. SGS Thermal Digital Print film is a flexible urethane that can be digitally printed on most solvent, eco-solvent and UV printers, and then applied to Sunbrella and other Glen Raven fabrics, providing a permanent but flexible bond. Fabricators register completed projects easily through a Web site that also activates the SGS warranty. In February, Glen Raven Custom Fabrics LLC registered its 10,000th SGS project, part of the joint warranty program between Sunbrella fabrics and 3M™ Specified Films.
