Live-aboard owner enjoys redesigned galley space

North Beach Marine Canvas transformed a dark, dated and unused galley space into an area the new live-aboard owner would enjoy—even though he admits he is not much of a cook. The client requested that the galley’s design complement the rest of the work North Beach Marine Canvas had done on the boat; the established style was “East Coast” or “English library with a Sausalito twist.” A unique dual purpose Sunbrella® draft curtain keeps the space warm in winter, and the owner now has a comfortable, functional and well-lit galley. North Beach garnered an Award of Excellence for the project.
