Polymer Group Inc. has launched a new online customer survey available in English, Spanish, Chinese and French as part of the company’s efforts to understand what drives value for its global customers.
“In response to our customers, we have invested significant efforts to make sure that our website is bringing them the most complete and transparent information,” said John Heironimus, chief marketing and chief sustainability officer.
The online survey asks customers to rate the company’s performance on a number of drivers for value, including product quality, supply chain management and logistics, customer service, sustainability, and product development.
The survey is among new features on the company’s website to make it more accessible to customers, employees and other visitors. The entire site is now available in English, Spanish and Chinese, in addition to English.
